SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping is $9 or free for orders over $100.

All prices are in selected currency and freight costs relate to total order amount.

All orders and deliveries are processed and shipped by SOS Hydration or 3rd-party logistics partners.

SOS Hydration, Inc. only ships to customers with a billing and shipping address in New Zealand.

DELIVERY

Orders are delivered via NEW ZEALAND COURIER POST or from time to time by another relevant courier service and your signature may be required to accept packages.

Goods will be delivered during normal business hours. Note We can delivered to PO Boxes.

Goods delivered within New Zealand will take three to seven working days.

SOS takes no responsibility for lost orders if a customer provides incorrect address details.
